Aquarius Hotel and Urban Resort

This hotel is amazing, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. The pool area is really lovely, the pool deck landscaping and views were amazing and quite breathtaking! The breakfast was great, the best we’ve had in S.E Asia and we’ve been travelling for 2 months. A good buffet choice plus a few hot choices. The restaurant menu for lunch/dinner was also good and delicious and not overpriced.

We liked our stay at Aquarius Hotel very much and enjoyed the time in very cosy room with small balcony. Roof-pool gave us wonderful refreshment, the breakfast was very good, stuff very nice and helpful.

The property has a 5 star staff with a 3-5 star property. The food was a great value and the breakfast was wonderful. I have to complement the staff, they made my stay wonderful. I was stuck waiting for the holiday to get over so I could deal with the government offices and the people working there went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The housekeeper I had was a doll, she did everything possible to make you happy, she did twice the work of 3 people that filled in when she was off.

Loved the architecture and design of the hotel (inside mostly). Very creatively designed, and I enjoyed the art pieces by Cambodian artists placed around the lobby and also on the walls of our floor. Great rooftop and swimming pool (although I did not use the pool). Great breakfast as well (I liked the combination of buffet and a la carte for the main dish). Good location, right next to some cute cafes, and some sites.

The staff were very nice indeed. Lena, the cute young woman at the reception, was a darling. She helped booked transport for me always with a lovely smile. All the reception people were very helpful. They didn't have vegan food at breakfast, but when I told them I was vegan, they made me vegan food. The chef was super nice and respectful. He made me the food I requested every morning. The waiters and waitresses were very nice and courteous. The room was very big and neat with all the necessary amenities.
